Sweet Maple necklace silver

This dainty Maple Necklace features a delicate silver leaf on a silver chain. Originally made to be cast in warm brass tones it is now also available in solid silver. This version is very subtle with the veins being polished to a shine so they stand out against the matte silver background of the leaf.

The pendant you see here measures roughly 12mm by 12mm/0.47“ by 0.47”. The chain itself is available in a few variations, all of them are fine silver chains. If your preference isn’t available anymore, please write me a note and I’m sure we’ll find a solution.

The leaf itself was originally created from Polymer clay which has then been sent off to be cast in silver.

The inspiration for the little pendant springs from a blood maple my late grandfather planted in the garden of the house I grew up in. It is a majestic tree that in spring brings forth startlingly red leaves in contrast to all the green around it.
